What To Wear
First things first, main thing is to be comfortable! A family photo shoot should be a relaxed and happy event. Wearing clothes that make you feel comfortable will help you to ease into the shoot.
Stay away from big logo's and saying's. These graphics, particularly logos and well known characters can really detract from the focal point –YOU. Peoples eyes will naturally be drawn to those in the first instance.
An important factor to consider is the location of our session. If we are going to a wooded area its best to stay away from greens as it will camouflage. If we will be by the beach, you may want to wear something with more color pop so you don't look washed out. I love it when people add a bit of color or drama to their outfit.
I personally prefer semi-casual. I feel like if you are feeling spiffy, it will shine through your smile!
It's always a good idea to remove any wrinkles before our session.
Below is a guide of colors that go nicely together & ideas to help you with your decision!
